Hyades Plimpton and the Drear are attacked by the Angel In The Echoes when they enter the Cistern. The Angel wipes out the entire Parish.[1]
Faulkner and his acolytes are pointed to the Cistern by Reverend Toes.[1]
They enter the Cistern and hear Hyades Plimpton's voice calling out to them. Faulkner station Jasp on the entrance and the others continue further inside. Wallace is attacked and killed by the Angel In The Echoes. Faulkner realises what has occurred and he and Thurrocks begin retreating. Jasp is also attacked and killed in the Cistern. Faulkner and Thurrocks escape.[1]
